You will love the easy beach access just steps away! This Captiva village location is popular and just a short walk to the island’s shops, restaurants, live music and marinas. A small dog may be considered with owner approval. Grill and chill at Captiva Island’s coolest cottage!

Margaritavilla features an open floor plan with a private screened pool area to relax with family and friends. This beautifully remodeled home includes new furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, new appliances and a new washer and dryer. Free Wi-Fi and cable as well as a new 65-inch smart TV will provide all necessary entertainment during your stay. A spacious new office area has been added for your convenience off of the main living area.

Margaritavilla offers a king master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom provides two twin beds and a convenient hall bath with a tub/shower combination. The living room provides an additional sleep sofa for extra guests. Please note, the garage is not available for guests.
