With the Sanibel Causeway now open to residents and business owner vehicles, we’ve received requests from individuals, with hurricane passes and access to the islands, for room availability across our family of Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts brands, as well as home/condo recovery assistance. Our flagship brand Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa is ready to go and accepting reservations starting February 1, 2023 — and we’re looking for more rooms to help meet the demand. We have an incredible team on island, a trusted vendor list, and access to resources to help you recover and rebuild as quickly as possible.

If you own property on Sanibel or Captiva Island and are interested/willing to explore renting your property, please notify us immediately at Info@SanCapBeachResorts.com. It doesn’t have to be in 100% perfect shape, but it must be obviously safe and healthy for occupancy and we can help get you there if you could use our help. We have a lot of island homeowners already expressing a desire for on-island housing.
