This Captiva Island penthouse villa is beautifully appointed with hardwood floors, granite countertops, a full kitchen, a large living room and dining room overlooking the landscaped pool and spa below. It has 2 bedroom, 2 baths, and is a third-floor unit. This is not a shared accommodation. It is the entire 3rd floor of the Celebration House, a 5,000 square foot home on Captiva Island within walking distance to the beach. There is a private entrance and exit.

Each of the two bedrooms has their own bathroom; one bedroom with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has its own private entrance and exit. On one side, the Celebration House is just a short stroll to the famous Captiva Island beach on the Gulf of Mexico and the inter coastal on the other side.
There’s plenty to see and do on Captiva Island. Simply relax, take a nice stroll along the beach searching for shells or if you are feeling more adventurous, rent kayaks and get an up close and personal look at the local birds, dolphin flitting about and much more.
